01 · Factory-direct manufacturing
Carbonised coconut shell and renewable rubberwood are pressed on our own extrusion line in Mueang Satun. Every die change, every batch and every carton is ours — there is no trading house between the press and your container.
02 · Stable heat, low ash
4.24% ash and 70.53% fixed carbon on the finished Model 1000 hexagon, tested by Prince of Songkla University under ASTM D7582 / D5865, report R3821/61. Independent testing on other models available on request.
03 · Container-ready, road and sea
20FT or 40FT — minimum 15 tonnes per model, shipped under UN 1361 Class 4.2 with full IMDG documentation. Planning figures from our own loadings: 40FT 24 MT · 20FT 15 MT; actual payload depends on the destination port’s policy, the sailing requirements and the carrier’s own rules, and is confirmed at booking. EXW Bangkok published; FOB, CFR or CIF on request. Lead time 15–21 days on repeat orders.

Mookata restaurants
M-109 wood charcoal briquette. Long-lasting burn and steady heat so the pan temperature holds through a full service.
Yakiniku restaurants
Model 1000 hexagon. High heat with low smoke — suited to tabletop grills running under exhaust hoods.
Premium BBQ and steakhouse
Coconut shell charcoal briquette. Low smoke and odourless, so it does not carry onto the meat.
Food factories
Order direct at factory pricing with a Certificate of Analysis issued for every shipment.

Minimum order
15 t per model, in a 20FT or a 40FT container. Planning figures from our own loadings: 40FT 24 MT · 20FT 15 MT; actual payload depends on the destination port’s policy, the sailing requirements and the carrier’s own rules, and is confirmed at booking. Mixed containers accepted — every model must reach 15 t. Free samples — you pay courier only.
Payment
60% deposit, 40% on completion. FOB, CFR or CIF. Lead time 15–21 days on repeat orders.
Dangerous goods
UN 1361, Class 4.2 under IMDG, with the documentation prepared by us for every shipment.
OEM and private label
Your carton artwork and your own extrusion die profile. Design and plate fees apply, discounted by agreement.
